While standard retail quantities (under 50 favors) are processed instantly and ship within our strict 1-3 business day studio turnaround, large-scale bulk orders over 50 pieces typically require a 4+ day production runway to properly dry, cure, and hand-sand the clay. However, we always maintain dedicated "rush" production slots on our master studio calendar for coordinators and industry professionals facing tight event deadlines. Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?

Yes. Because we offer free shipping on orders of $35 or more to our customers, outbound shipping carries a real cost. For any buyer-remorse returns (such as changing your mind, sizing errors, or missed personal event deadlines), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final item refund to help cover original processing and outbound postage costs. Return shipping labels remain the responsibility of the buyer.
